(NEW YORK CITY) New York Attorney General Letitia James lost her stuff when former President Donald Trump arrived in the city today and whipped $93 million out of his pocket to pay his bond in the E. Jean Carroll case.
After Trump laid the mountain of money down at the clerk’s office, he looked James in the eye and reminded her, “You know, I’m really, really rich. I’m a lot richer than you.”
That did it for her.
“I cannot believe the stones on this man!” she bellowed to reporters. “Who does he think he is? I really thought the judge was going to break him in this obvious politically motivated case regarding Ms. Carroll, but it didn’t!
“I hate the way he just waltzed in her, pulled out 93 large and sauntered out of the place like he just bought it,” James continued. “He’s worse than arrogant — he’s really rich and arrogant! I will get him, you want and see!”
Sources within James’ office said when she got back from the courthouse she slammed doors, threw chairs, and demanded that her subordinates “get off their asses” and go get her some lunch.
