(PITTSBURGH, Pa.) President Joe Biden quickly reverted back to his old confused self, destroying the English language and ‘remembering’ things he never actually did during a speech a day after his amped-up State of the Union Address.
One person who was at a lightly attended rally remarked afterward that he “couldn’t understand a damned word he was saying half the time.”
“It was nothing like the night before when Biden was angry, loud, and very obnoxious,” Dexter Turner, 57, said. “He seems like he’s back to form, forgetting words, pausing for long stretches of time, and, you know, falling over everything.”
“Night and day,” added Sheila Mangus, 34. “Just night and day. He was mumbling stuff I could not make out and saying things like, ‘When I won World War II…’ – Just odd things.”
“I don’t know what he was on during his State of the Union Address, but he oughta stay on it all the time,” Willis Reid, 70, said. “Seemed to work pretty good, even if it was probably illegal for you and me to take.”
