(Washington) White House officials scrambled to explain an awkward photo of President Joe Biden posing with guests with what observers said was a stash of first son Hunter Biden’s marijuana hanging out of his coat pocket.
“We don’t really have any comment on that,” spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters, “except to say, of course, that wasn’t the president’s weed, if in fact, that’s what it was. He’s not a user. He prefers a nice warm glass of milk ahead of bed in the afternoon.”
One Secret Service agent who spoke on condition of anonymity, however, confirmed the substance and said he belonged to the first son.
“I was standing my post as I always do near the president when the first son rushed in, stuffed a green, leafy substance in his father’s pocket, said, ‘Here, pop, hold this, I gotta go,’ and left the room quickly ahead of two U.S. Marshals who were looking for him. That’s all I know,” the agent said.
It’s unclear whether the marijuana was “Mexican Gold” or “Alcapulco Weed” at press time.
