(Phoenix, Ariz.) A Gen Z woman says she’s confused as to why men find her vocal opinions — some call it ‘complaining — on everything in life a huge turn-off.

“You’d think that a guy would understand that by complaining, I’m really into things. Like, I really care about things, enough to voice my opinion,” Melissa Frances, 24, said. “Why wouldn’t a guy want to be with a girl like that?

“And here’s the deal. Is it ‘complaining’ or is it just me trying to point out how things should be? Trying to make life better for everyone, as I see it?” she added. “I’m, like, a life guru, man. Tellin’ it like it is. Keeping it real. A guy should love that I’m so confident I have no problem speaking my mind.”

Frances went on to say she has no plans to change her demeanor.

“Why should I? I mean, like, you either like me for who I am, or you don’t,” she stated defiantly before complaining about spending “another weekend bugging people on Instagram.”
